Free Design Services
Century Graphics & Metals provides free design services for your sign order. In the event you
decide not to complete the sign order after design has begun, a $75 fee will apply. We provide up to 3 proofs and revisions
at no charge. Beyond three proofs, a fee of $25 per proof will apply. If you have a sample sign you would like us to work
with, please contact us for shipping information prior to your order. If you would like to supply your own artwork, please
observe our artwork specifications.
Orders are accepted online 24-hours a day via CenturyGraphics.com. To order by phone within the U.S.,
call toll-free 800-327-5664. For the convenience of our customers send fax orders to 407-262-8291. We do not have a minimum
order amount, though certain products may require you order at least the minimum quantity, or in fixed quantities.
We welcome mail orders and provide printable .PDF versions of our catalogs and
order forms online. To request a quote, catalog or order form by phone call 800-327-5664.
With mail orders, enclose complete payment, including freight charges, merchandise, and applicable

With approved credit applications, you may order from us on an open account. We reserve the right
to refuse credit accounts for any reason. To apply for an account with us visit www.CenturyGraphics.com to download a credit
application or call 800-327-5664. Credit normally takes 2-4 weeks to get established.
We are required to collect sales tax in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois.
We accept the following: Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.Checks: Company or
Personal Checks (Personal check must clear our bank prior to shipping)On Account (Terms): Upon credit approval.

Most orders under 1000 lbs. are shipped by UPS or FedEx, or other suitable small package handler.
Heavier or Oversized orders are shipped FedEx. These type of orders may entail
additional delivery fees by the freight company. If you have a heavy or oversized order and require additional information,
please contact us for a customized shipping quote. If such is the case, we will contact you regarding shipping arrangements.
Minimum shipping charge $10.75 applies to all orders. Shipping to a residential address will incur extra charges.
Freight carriers also charge a premium for inside deliveries.
Refunds and Returns
Returns can only be accepted on unused stock items (i.e. frames, stock riders, etc.). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of original shipment or within 30 business days after an RMA # has been issued. Products must be in “like new” condition when returned (i.e. frames and stakes that have been put into the ground are not accepted back).
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned products. Any refunds / credits due will be issued once the original item(s) have been returned, inspected, and restocked.

Special Size Requirements

Occasionally typographical or data-entry errors may occur, and final authority on pricing and
